Sun Xiaobing, D.E. of Tianjin University, with rich experience of equipment R&D and project management. From 1998 to 2000, he was a lecturer in the School of Mechanical Engineering of Tianjin University; from 2000 to 2011, he was the engineering director of Tianjin Tasly Group Co., Ltd.; from 2007 to present, he was the general manager of Pharm-Tech (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.; since 2012, he was the chief engineer of Tasly Holding Group.

In 2000, he was one of the main members in the development of the fourth-generation pill dripping machine of Tasly Group; in 2002, he presided over the completion of the import, installation and commissioning of the stick packaging line; in 2004, completed the design, installation and commissioning of the fully automated extraction pilot plant of Tasly; In 2005, he served as the project manager of Tasly freeze-dried powder injection workshop construction project; in 2005, he served as the project manager of Tasly digital extraction center; in 2006, he served as the project manager of Shaanxi Tasly decoction pieces workshop construction project; in 2007, he served as the project manager of Baxley food workshop construction project; In 2007, he served as the project manager of the Jinna Biovaccine Workshop construction project; in 2007, he served as the project manager of the Kasly cosmetics workshop; in 2007, he served as the project manager of the Kasly health care products workshop; in 2008, he served as the Tasly Sant construction project manager (approved by EU); in 2008, served as the project manager for the R&D of the fifth generation air condensing pill dropping machine; in 2009, he served as the project manager for the FDA workshop construction project of Tasly Compound Danshen Dripping Pills. In 2010, he served as the project director of Jilin Jingyu Water Source Project. In 2011, he was the project director of Tasly Biological Tea Valley. In 2012, he was the project director of the paraffin oil cooling high-speed pill dripping machine. In 2015, he was the project leader of the Northeast Modern Chinese Medicine Demonstration Factory. Since 2015, he completed stick packaging line projects for many pharmaceutical companies such as Jumpcan, Staidson and Taiji etc.
