The standing committee of the R&D Council of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection in China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. One of the core experts in the research team of the R&D Council of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection.

He has been conducting technique studies and management for oral formulations and injections of Traditional Chinese Medicine for 23 years. Highly experienced and professional in product development, technique improvement, quality assurance and facility construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qualified in Tianjin “131”innovative talent and new entrepreneur project. He has published 38 research papers as the first author of corresponding author, and applied for 10 patents. He has completed 7 state-level or provincial level projects as team leader, such as“High technology industrialization Demonstration project on Yiqifumai for Injection”, and participated in compiling 4 guidance and applications, such as “Technology of sterilization filtration”. 

Presentation Summary 

This report begins with the presentation of the digital and intelligent transformation of manufacture industry. The motivation for the transformation, as well as important elements such as newly-arsing regulations, key technologies and equipment in the transformation are introduced. The effects of the above elements on the idea and methods of the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry are analyzed. The driving impact of the smart manufacturing paradigm and relevant techniques on TCM industry change are discussed. On the background of the digital and intelligent time, how to use the innovative theories and tools to upgrade the TCM industry from traditional mode to modernization has been described. Finally, the application of intelligent technologies in the manufacture of TCM injection is presented.
