Chen Lixin, Sr. Professional Engineer, Associate Director of Engineering. He has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 30 years. He has work at Eli Lilly over 20 years. He has been engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing process technology, production and packaging, facilities, utilities, production equipment and maintenance. He has rich experience on the pharmaceutical engineering projects and ESH management. In the last five years he has been working in external manufacturing of the pharmaceutical company. As a senior expert, he is involved in the construction and management of the company's external production quality system in China, as well as the preparation of the patented drugs launch.
