As the Environment Principal Engineer in Xian Janssen plant EHS&S , Mainly responsible for the Environment and Industrial Hygiene management working of whole site. Monitor and evaluate EHS risks of operations, acquire and evaluate all XJP business relevant environmental regulations, laws and standards, guide and follow up the execution of them, and make sure that workplace conditions comply with local, federal, and company regulations. Has attend the EHS&S by Design of Xian Janssen Peak project, environmental due diligence investigation for decommissioning, WET project, EIA, SIA, HIA acceptance project for the relocation peak project, water assessment project, Chemical GHS project, EHS audits as auditors, waste electronical project, IH digital project and so on to dedicate to establish a consistent J&J Worldwide EHS&S Standards in Xian Janssen new site.

 Presentation Summary

“Emission standard of air pollutants for pharmaceutical industry”(GB27823-2019) and “Standard for fugitive emission of volatile organic compounds”(GB37822-2019) have been issued. And government supervision are becoming more and more stringent. This topic will mainly focus on how to manage VOCs emissions (including organized and unorganized emissions) in the pharmaceutical industry more effectively, improve the operability of GB standards, ensure the VOCs emission in compliance with standard and reduce the business operational risks .
