Han Jing graduated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University majoring in pharmaceutical in 1998, currently she is the Lean Project Director of Hangzhou Minsheng Pharmaceutical company. 

21-year experience of pharmaceutical site production management, experienced both domestic site and foreign-funded site production management, quality management, lean management; Familiar with SVP, LVP, eye drops, Freeze-dried dosage and OSD technology; Familiar with site lean production management system, quality management system, WMS management system; Familiar with the engineering project management, in 2010, she experienced the new 21-JWT OSD workshop project, this project has the design award of ISPE CHINA, she is the leader of process design and Validation parts in this project.

After quality and efficacy evaluation, how to keep the products cost competitive is very urgently to most pharmaceutical company. The speech will present and discuss “Lean supply chain” as follow:

1. Through the correct use of lean management concept, making continuous optimization of “Plant Cycle Time" to achieve the best cost structure.

2. With a healthy cost structure, it can not only guarantee the development of industrial pharmaceutical site, but also point out the direction of how to continuously optimize the value-added units in the whole process supply chain

3. Building an agility end-to-end supply chain to embrace the industrial Internet.
