Xu Jian is the Lean Engineer of Sanofi (Beijing) Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. Response for overall performance improvement through Lean program implementation, industrial performance improving activities, benchmarking activities, performance mindset change and so on. Continuously deploy, optimize and improve the application of Sanofi Manufacturing System in Beijing site, he has been participated in TPM, VSM, SMED, OEE improvement project as organizer. He has rich experience of Lean deployment in pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Sanofi, he worked for a large-scale semiconductor company. He was responsible for Lean program, intelligent manufacturing and big data program, participated in AGV, MES and AOI program as project manager.

 Presentation Summary

How to deploy lean management in packaging line? Sanofi Manufacturing System help us to achieve it. There will be overall introduction of SMS during the sharing. And some applications of lean tools such as TPM, SMED and VSM will be shared. With the development of industrial 4.0, Sanofi Beijing site has been completed digitalization roadmap for next three years, four modules (eOEE, DGBI, FaCT, AeBR) will deploy in next two years, it will be helpful for Beijing site to achieve “digitalization” lean site.
