James Ma has been working in various fields of the pharmaceutical industry for 35 years, and has rooted in the pharmaceutical construction industry. During his career , he joined SSEC, BECHTEL, Austar group, CEFOC, Top Alliance, throughout the whole life cycle of pharmaceutical engineering.

James has put forward the concept of building intelligent plant in the pharmaceutical industry since 2005. He proposed a workable and systematic way to build and develop the intelligent plant, which starts with the top level planning, bases on the data-path, and carries out in combination with requests step by step. 

The pharmaceutical industry should head towards the intelligentization and systematization to solve the needs of the whole factory construction. With the profound technical background, system strategic thinking and implementation ability, James is widely respected by the industry.
