Testo’s customers range from the local contracting company round the corner to the global pharmaceutical firm. They all have to make important decisions in their daily work. This allows our customers to increase the quality of products and services while saving time and resources.

A success story since 1957

From its beginnings as a small manufacturer of temperature measuring instruments, today Testo is a global concern. Testo AG has a presence on all continents, with 34 subsidiaries and more than 80 trade partners. An average annual growth of over 10% since the foundation of the company in 1957 and a current turnover of over a quarter of a billion euros clearly demonstrate that the Black Forest and high-tech systems are a perfect match. Testo has a strategy of sustainable and profitable growth, and not least the extraordinary commitment of the staff to thank for this success. Roughly 3000 Testorians worldwide research, develop, produce and market for the company with passion and expertise.

Onwards with strength from within

The above-average investments in the future of the company are part of the recipe for success. Testo invests about a tenth of its annual global turnover in Research & Development. Whether in agile project management or the attention to megatrends such as the internet of things – dynamics and orientation to the future characterize Testo. This is one of the reasons the company is regularly awarded the title of one of the most innovative medium-sized firms in Germany.

In order to maintain this leading position, Testo places great value on training young people and ensuring the next generation of experts and management staff, for example with a classical apprenticeship, the tailor-made post-Master professional entry program VIA, or numerous qualified further training programs.
