Speaker Bio

 Gao Ning,Very famous expert of pharmaceutical engineering in china, Registered chemical engineer, Professinal senior Engineer and the Vice President of China Electronics Chengda Pharmaceutical Engineering Design(Hebei) Co.,Ltd. (North of China Pharmaceutical Industry Design Institute.). He graduated from Hebei University of Technology in 1993, majoring in Fine Chemical Engineering. Then he obtained a master degree in pharmaceutical engineering from Tianjin University in 2004. He has been focused on design of biochemistry, biologics, synthetic drugs and pharmaceutical preparations for many years. He has rich experienceand unique insights in the optimization design of process, production design from Lab production to production expansion, plane layout, process equipment select. As chief process engineer and project manager. he won SliverAward for of National Excellent Designand and many of First or Second Awards for National Excellent Pharmaceutical Engineering Design project. 


Presentation Summary

 With the biopharmaceutical industry development, China has always beening vigorously supporting the intelligent development of biopharmaceutical under the guidance of the "Made in China 2025" policy. Base on this policy, build an intelligent, efficient biopharmaceutical factory that follow The GMP quality guidance is a key point to the industry. The pharmaceutical peoject  need overall consideration for planning, design, construction, validation and other requirements, and the new technology is a greater support for new pharm project practice, such as the new application of BIM and CFD technology in the biopharmaceutical facility. This presentation will share with whole life cycle of biopharmaceutical project, expected a relatively clear and practical guidance for the project.
