海纳川公司积极应对疫情的不利影响,快速反应、全面部署,第一时间成立了疫情防控领导小组,以及全球疫情防控安全、运营保障、人力保障、财务经营保障、合规体系保障5个工作组和7个工作指导组,构建了立体防控体系,通过4大类、50余项标准化内容,加强对国内50家成员企业防疫、经营双线工作的指导。向海外成员企业发送了疫情防控标准化手册,用中国经验、中国方案指导海外成员企业严控疫情,全力以赴保障员工和家庭的健康安全,全力下好防疫情、保供应、促发展的全球“一盘棋”。
海纳川“讲情怀、有责任、勇担当、敢作为”,积极践行社会责任,总部及成员企业累计捐款350万元驰援防疫前线。在国内防疫物资紧缺的阶段,发挥全球企业资源优势,筹措口罩超过45万只,并通过北京市国资委支援市重点企业复工复产和各大医疗机构。

Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (BHAP) is an integrated global automotive part enterprise group. With an operating income of RMB 65.3 billion in 2019, it ranks No. 57 in the list of Global Top 100 Automotive Part Suppliers published by Automotive News and No. 2 among all Chinese enterprises included. The business network of BHAP consists of 50 domestic member enterprises, 20 overseas factories, and R&D centers in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific, covering about 27000 employees worldwide.
In the first three quarters of 2020, with a consolidated operating income going up over 17% YoY and a significant increase in profit, it became one of the fastest-growing automotive part groups across the globe. Despite the general industrial decline and hardship due to the pandemic, BHAP managed to perform well with a succession of encouraging stage achievements.

In the field of product transformation, BHAP has positioned itself in the directions of products with high added value and high-tech elements, including those driven by “four new modernizations, integration, and modularization”, and meanwhile endeavored to improve its independent innovation capabilities and resource integration. In 2020, BHAP achieved remarkable outcomes in R&D and applications of a series of prospective projects including integrated lightweight battery box, integrated electric drive system, intelligent roof, and intelligent central gateway. In the field of market transformation, through comprehensive communication with large group customers from around the world, BHAP is able to reinforce coordination between automobile OEMs and automotive part businesses, thus facilitating its market expansion by means of strategic collaboration. Since 2020, the share of BHAP in domestic market and its proportion of high-end business have increased significantly. Strategic cooperation agreements have been signed with Volvo and EA Group, and deployment in global automobile aftermarket is also gaining speed.
In the field of partner transformation, by optimizing product portfolios together with existing partners and strengthening cooperation with new partners in high-tech and new material domains, BHAP now penetrates further into Chinese and global markets. 【Missions and responsibilities】
BHAP acted promptly to the pandemic and made full deployments, including setting up a pandemic prevention & control leadership team, five working teams in charge of global pandemic prevention & control, operation assurance, HR assurance, financial operation assurance, and compliance system assurance respectively, and seven working steering groups at an early stage, which together formed a systematic prevention and control system. Intense guidance was provided for 50 domestic member enterprises in their pandemic control and operation tasks, covering four major categories and more than 50 items. Standard pandemic control manuals were distributed so that foreign member enterprises could benefit from Chinese experiences and practices and protect health and safety of all employees and their families. BHAP succeeded in centrally managing pandemic control, customer supply, and corporate development.
BHAP has assumed full social responsibilities and took proper actions. RMB 3.5 million was donated by the headquarters and member enterprises to the front line of pandemic control. In the period where domestic pandemic control materials were in shortage, BHAP took advantage of its global business network to collect over 450 thousand face masks, and delivered them to key enterprises in production resumption and medical facilities via State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People’s Government of Beijing Municipality.
BHAP always keeps an eye on virus spread across the globe. By actively collecting pandemic control materials like face masks and sharing material acquisition channels, it has strongly supported pandemic control among partners and foreign member enterprises.
