新能源汽车相较于传统燃油工作温度较低,这使得电机悬置的设计选择有了更多的可能性。大陆集团康迪泰克振动控制事业部凭借着超过15年的聚酰胺悬置零件的研发生产经验,首先在新能源汽车上选用聚酰胺塑料来代替传统的铸铝或钣金等金属材料。
1.聚酰胺材料的应用,使得悬置产品在满足同等性能要求的情况下,相比于金属材料悬置可以减轻25%到55%的重量,从而为新能源汽车提升整车的续航里程,降低能量消耗做出贡献。
2.由于聚酰胺材料相较于传统金属材料有更高的阻尼性能,所以聚酰胺零件在满足客户性能要求的前提下,有着更好的NVH表现,提升整车驾乘的舒适度。
3.与传统金属悬置的制造工艺相比,聚酰胺材料的悬置可以将硫化件、橡胶喷涂及装配镶件,集成在注塑模具中,通过一体注塑成型,不需要额外的装配工艺。这样大大降低了生产制造工银的复杂性,同时也能降低悬置产品的制造成本。
市场表现
目前康迪泰克的轻量化悬置方案已经应用在了目前康迪泰克的轻量化悬置方案已经应用在了2020年上市的某本土主机厂新能源汽车中以及2019年上市的某DMG的增程式混合动力汽车上。这些聚酰胺悬置产品100%满足了客户的全部要求,并提供了优异的减重目标及NVH表现。未来随着新能源汽车产业的快速发展,会有越来越多的新能源主机厂提出对产品减重的要求,高性能轻量化聚酰胺悬置将越来越受主机厂的青睐。
Since new energy vehicles’ working temperatures are lower than conventional combustion vehicles, therefore engine mount parts have more material design possibilities. With more than 15 years’ experience in the development and production of polyamide mount parts for combustion vehicles, ContiTech starts to apply polyamide material to replace traditional die casting aluminum or sheet metal materials in new energy vehicles.
The application of polyamide material can reduce the weight by 25% to 55% compared to metal mounts, that helps increase the driving mileage of vehicle and achieve less emissions and fuel consumptions.
Polyamide parts can fulfill the same specification as metal parts. And the NVH performance of polyamide parts are same or even better compared to metal parts due to high damping property of material.
Compared with the traditional metal mounts, polyamide mounts can integrate main rubber element, rubber coating and steel inserts together in polyamide
injection mold. Therefore, polyamide parts don’t need any assembly process. That helps reduce productioncomplexity and cost.
ContiTech high performance lightweight polyamide mount solution had been applied to a local OEM’s new energy vehicle (SOP in 2020) and a DMG’s extended-range Hybrid electric vehicle (SOP 2019) successfully. Polyamide mounts fulfilled all customer requirements and achieved good weight reduction and NVH performance.
In the future, the new energy automotive is more and more popular. Weight reduction will be one common requirement from OEM. Therefore, light weight polyamide mount will be a high favored solution.
