长期在化工行业科研、设计单位和管理部门工作,主要工作业绩有:参与和组织领导了年产30万吨合成氨、52万吨尿素装置成套设备的研制;年产12万吨磷酸、24万吨磷铵、20万吨硫酸装置成套设备研制。成功开发了年产200吨HFC-134a工业化实验生产装置,并以此技术为基础建成具有自主知识产权的年产5000~10000吨氟氯烃化合物的工业生产装置,获得化工行业的优秀设计奖,国家科技进步奖和建设部优秀工程奖。发明了全封闭流道连续型无中心管螺旋折流板换热器。该成果用定距板取代了传统定位用的拉杆和定距管,构成全封闭螺旋流通道,实现了对管束的全程支撑。
He has worked in scientific research, design institutes and management department in the chemical industry for a long time. Major achievements are as follows: He participated in, organized and led efforts in research and development of 300,000t/a synthesis ammonia, 520,000t/a urea, 120,000t/a phosphoric acid, 240,000t/a ammonium phosphate and 200,000t/a sulphuric acid complete plant. All of the above projects have been awarded National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology.
He successfully developed 200t/a HFC-134a industrial experiment and production equipment, based on which he built proprietary 5,000-10,000t/a hydrochlorofluorocarbon industrial production equipment, which have been awarded Excellent Design Prize in the chemical industry, National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology and Excellent Project Prize given by the Ministry of Construction.
He invented totally enclosed runner continuous type spiral baffle heat exchanger without central tube, which adopts distance plate to replace conventional drawbar and distance tube for positioning and constitute totally enclosed spiral flow passage so as to support pipe bundle in the whole process.
