David Liu,Biotechnology Manager

David Liu, a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering graduate from Beijing University of Science & Technology, is Biotechnology Manager for PM Group in China. With over 16 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry David has strong project oriented engineering management capability.

David has particular experience in project fee, resource acquisition, scheduling, cost estimation, design quality control, and staff outsourcing. He leads clients in performing the tech-transfer task before biotech facility design including CQA, CPP, and System Space Design. He has also lead bioprocess team’s to carry out Concept Design, Preliminary and Detail Designs, Custom-designed Bioprocess Systems, Process Support Systems, etc.

David has worked in Canada, China, India, Korea and the USA on significant projects for multinational corporations such as Roche, Merck, CPGJ, Crucell, Celgen, Eli Lilly, and Baxter, to name but a few.
