Ms. Nanping Li, Healthcare (and Life Sciences) Strategy and Business Development Executive，IBM GCG Public Sector, with responsibility to develop the strategies and programs to exploit the opportunities in the healthcare industry in China. With her leadership, established a strategic partnership with MOH in year of 2007 to improve regional healthcare services by implementing standard based open platform.

Incubate an open ISV ecosystem by active contribution to standards development in EHRSC, CHIMA and SAC. Successfully introduce IBM Smarter Healthcare vision through public communication, circle of influencers.

Before this position, Ms. Li had various assignment and responsibility in the Governmental Programs. Demonstrated her leadership and skill from addressing public policy, managing enterprise issues to cultivate business growth opportunities.

Through the year of 2006 and 2007, she was Governmental Programs Executive, with specific focus on Standards and Intellectual Property policy in China.

In year of 2005, she was under assignment as Strategy Executive, Strategy and Business Development, coordinates and leads the development of hypergrowth strategy for next financial cycle.

From September to December 2004, she was Executive Assistant to Chairman and CEO of IBM Greater China Group

From June 2001 to 2004, Ms. Li was Governmental Programs Executive in IBM Asia Pacific. She has been leading and coaching her peers in

Asia Pacific for building up best practice.

Ms. Li joined IBM China in November 1994. With years of experience in Governmental Programs, she has established and maintained rapport relationship with key government organizations in PRC. She has in-depth knowledge around variable policy issue important to China marketplace.

Ms. Li holds a bachelor degree of Economics and a master degree of Business Administration.
