中国药学会

中国药学会成立于1907年，是中国最早成立的学术团体之一，是由全国药学科学技术工作者自愿组成依法登记成立的学术性、公益性、非盈利性的法人社会团体，是党和政府联系我国药学科学技术工作者的桥梁和纽带，是国家推动药学科学技术和民族医药事业健康发展，为公共健康服务的重要力量。中国药学会是国际药学联合会和亚洲药物化学联合会成员。现有注册会员八万多人，高级会员三千余人，团体会员53个。学会下设七个工作委员会，19个专业委员会，主办20种学术期刊。

中国药学会的主要任务是开展药学科学技术的国内外学术交流;编¼­出版、发行药学学术期刊、书籍;发展同世界各国及地区药学相关团体、药学科学技术工作者的友好交往与合作;举荐、表彰、奖励在科学技术活动中取得优异成绩的药学科学技术工作者;开展对会员和药学科学技术工作者的继续教育培训;普及推广药学以及相关学科的科学技术知识;反映药学科学技术工作者的意见和要求，维护药学科学技术工作者的合法权益;接受政府委托，承办与药学发展及药品监督管理等有关事项，组织药学科学技术工作者参与国家有关项目的科学论证和科学技术咨询;开展医药产品展示、提供医药技术服务与推广科研成果转化等活动;举办为会员服务的事业和活动;依法兴办符合本会业务范围的事业与企业单位。

Chinese Pharmaceutical Association (CPA) is the national organization of pharmaceutical professionals including scientists, legislators and pharmacists serving in the pharmacies, hospitals/clinics and industry. CPA was founded in 1907, and now it has nearly 3000 senior individual members and 35 group members. With the mission to represent and serve pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences development in China, CPA connects, represents and serves more than 105,000 pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists around the country.

The highest authority of CPA is the National Congress which is held every 5 years. CPA is governed by a Council of 137 members elected by the National Congress, and more routeinly, by a Board of 37 members elected by the Council. The Council meets once a year and the Board meets at least twice a year.

Tasly

Tasly was founded on May 1994. Through decades of development with Great Health industry as guideline and pharmaceutical industry as its center, Tasly has become a hi-tech group whose scope of business includes modern TCM, chemical medicine, biological medicine, healthcare products, functional food, covering the fields of research and development, planting, manufacturing and distribution. By the end of 2008, the total asset had grown to 8.5 billion RMB, and taxes accumulated to 3.7 billion.
